It may sound simple but these are the two things you will regret not having once your event has started.
I always make sure that our event team is at an event early. And when I say early, I mean earlier than even you think you need to be there! Add another two hours. Wouldn’t you rather have time up your sleeve, than not enough?
And when it comes to how many hands you’ll need on deck… make sure you have plenty, rather than not enough. You never know what sort of last minute requests are going to pop up on the day. So, always be prepared!
