THE OBJECTIVE

The #1 greatest fear people have when planning events is “What if no-one turns up?” Most events struggle to reach their capacity, even if they have a great concept people aren’t RSVPing and if they do RSVP they don’t attend on the day.

In this half day session I will show you how Venues 2 Events fill events, create a waitlist and have people lining up to attend our next event, without spending money on advertising. This is an introductory session to our full day workshop “How to get people to attend your event”.

Kim Hesse is Australia’s ‘go to’ event manager with 2 industry books and a business that manages corporate events, runs event training programs and publishes a national online venue directory. Kim is described as a down to earth presenter who delivers content in an easy to understand and relaxed manner. In this information-rich workshop, Kim is going to give you all of the information you will need to help you get more people to attend your events. The content is targeted and highly relevant allowing you to apply what you will learn to each and every event you run. Kim will share her strategies that helped her secure UBER, Eventbrite, EziTag, RACV Resorts, Art Series Hotel Group, Eureka 89, Stamford Plaza (to name a few) as distribution partners who helped achieve a guest attendance of 450 in October last year. Rest assured Kim won’t be holding anything back, as you experience her passion and knowledge first hand.
