It’s better to be the one who smiles, than the one who doesn’t

In today’s Ninja News Video I share an idea that will make the stress of events and pretty much every day seem a whole lot better. My concept is “It’s better to be the one who smiles, rather than the one who doesn’t.” At the end of the day a smile, a thank you, a sincere comment cost nothing and really don’t take that much effort but these tiny tings can have a huge impact on your working life, especially in events.
